BOOTCAMP

There will be plenty of fun and variety on offer in our BOOTCAMP class with Lloy. Our BOOTCAMP class includes a unique body conditioning and interval training system designed for all levels of fitness.

Each session is designed to be varied and challenging with the emphasis on fun. Each workout will include a circuit of weight orientated exercises with fun cardio intervals such as pad boxing and step aerobics or simply using your own bodyweight. With thumping, chart topping music playing, you’ll sweat and enjoy all elements of fitness as we help get you into the best shape of your life.

Is it for me?

There are 3 levels at BOOTCAMP. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced so everyone can work at their own fitness level within their groups. Rest assured our instructors will support & guide you through every invigorating move whatever your ability.
