Pre-booking is not essential for our classes you can just turn up and pay on the day. However our classes are very popular and are often fully booked in advance. We strongly recommend booking online to guarantee your place and avoid disappointment. You can also pre-book and pay at reception.
Yes, if it’s your first class/course or program with us. We respectfully ask that you arrive at least 20-30 mins before the class start time so that we can run through a quick induction that will include completing a Health Questionnaire with you, to ensure that you can exercise safely. If you like, you can save a bit of time by printing off the Health Questionnaire from our Website and bring it along with you. The induction is also an ideal opportunity to ask any questions or discuss any concerns with your instructor.

From there you can click onto the specific Class page that most appeals to you, that will give you full details about the class including some handy hints to help you decide if it’s the right class for you. Please feel free to call us if you are still unsure and want to talk it over with one of our instructors who will be happy to answer your questions and help you overcome your concerns.
Bring along a bottle of water and a towel. You will get hot! It’s advisable to wear loose fitting comfortable clothing and supportive trainers to all classes. Our spin bikes do support SPD shoes if you prefer to bring your own cycling shoes, otherwise just spin in your favourite pair of trainers.
Please see our cancellation policy in our T&C’s. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts we will happily transfer your booking onto another class.
Off-peak is Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm.
We are open continuously from 4:30pm onwards Monday to Friday until the end of our last timetabled class. However in the daytime and at weekends there will not be anyone on reception to take your booking or sign you in earlier than 30mins from any scheduled class start time.
We always ask participants to be ready to exercise 5-10 minutes before the class starts, so that we can help you get set-up and ready to start having fun at the allocated start time.
In order to maximise the enjoyment for others and for safety reasons (ever tried stepping over 20 yoginis to get to your yoga spot!) we have a strict policy on latecomers and you will not be allowed to participate once the class has started. This policy also helps to ensure that everyone completes the warm up session fully.
